经理—中国区发展经理(上海)

岗位描述:负责全球联合之路留守儿童项目发展和监管;维护与主要合作伙伴关系;协助中国区首代负责代表处的日常运营和管理。


工作职责

1.        与中华慈善总会日常联络,内部信息管理系统支持和能力建设支持

2.        留守儿童项目设计和与主要相关方的沟通协作

3.        统筹代表处日常行政工作,与政府相关部门的协调和关系维护,对境外善款汇款流程提供必要的支持

4.        确保团队内部、中国团队与亚太团队、总部的有效沟通机制

5.        在留守儿童项目执行中,协助中华慈善总会监管并给予必要的指导和支持,协助项目预期效果和目标实现

6.        负责机构重点关注领域的项目跟进——包括项目调研、数据分析整理和项目报告撰写等

7.        扩展在地项目合作伙伴

8.        协助和支持企业合作伙伴参与留守儿童项目志愿服务活动,形成常态化机制

9.        对各地慈善会留守儿童项目负责人在项目执行中提供项目规划、宣传联络、资源对接及能力建设等方面的支持



任职要求

1.        拥有5-8年项目管理或相关领域工作经验,从事国际合作工作或有海外工作经历优先

2.        本科及以上学历,有公共/工商管理、国际关系等相关专业背景优先

3.        具有战略性思维和创新精神

4.        能胜任高压工作下工作,具有自我驱动力,能胜任多任务并按截止日期完成工作

5.        具有团队合作意识,能适应不同文化、工作方式及存在差异性的工作环境,愿意对团队其他成员给予必要的工作支持

6.        能有效和成熟地处理复杂和突发情况

7.        出色的项目管理能力

8.        出色的中英文书面及口头表达能力

9.        熟练使用Microsoft Office, Outlook等办公软件

Manager—China Development (Shanghai)

Job Description: Responsible for developing and supervising United Way’s Left-Behind Children (LBC) project; maintaining relationships with major partners; assisting China’s Chief Representative with day-to-day operations.


Job responsibilities

1. Liaise with China Charity Federation regularly, and support internal information management system and capacity building.

2. Left-Behind Children (LBC) project design and communication with key stakeholders.

3. Coordinate daily administrative work of the representative office, coordinate and maintain the relationship with government, and support the overseas remittance process.

4. Ensure effective communication within the team, between China team and Asia Pacific team, as well as facilitate smooth communication with US headquarters.

5. In the implementation of the Left-Behind Children project, assist China Charity Federation with supervision process, provide guidance and assistance, as well as facilitate the project to reach expected goals.

6. Responsible for project follow-ups in key areas of focus – including project research, data analysis and project report writing, etc.

7. Explore and create new local partnerships.

8. Assist and support corporate partners to participate in the volunteer activities for Left-Behind Children project, and form a mechanism for regular volunteerism.

9. Provide support for local NGO partners on project planning, publicity and communication, resource synergy and capacity building while implementing the Left-Behind Children project.



Job Requirements

1. Have 5-8 years of working experience in project management or in the related field, previous working experience in international cooperation or overseas working experience is an asset.

2. Bachelor degree or above, a background in public/business management, international relations, etc. is an asset.

3. Good at strategic thinking and have innovative spirit.

4. Able to work under high pressure, self-motivated, capable of multitasking and completing work by deadline.

5. Good in teamwork, can adapt to different cultures, working styles and working environments, and is supportive to other team members.

6. Able to handle complex and unexpected situations effectively and maturely.

7. Excellent project management skills.

8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English.

9. Skilled in using office software such as Microsoft Office, Outlook.
